Class Rules and Regulations

1. Please listen and respect your teachers
2. Please do not talk in class, unless called upon.
3. Please be respectful to class property including Zainabia's property.
4. If you plan to be absent from class, please inform your teachers 48 hrs prior to class.
5. More than two unexcused absences may impact your Sunday school grades.
6. All classes will begin at 12:00 pm sharp.
7. Being tardy to more than two classes may impact your Sunday school grades.
8. There will be a penalty if you do not inform your teacher that you will absent from class or if you are tardy more than 15 mins. Uninformed absence $2 per child. Tardy after 15 mins $1 per child which will go towards Zakaat.
9. Come to class prepared with required material and homework.
10. Please observe Islamic dress code (refer to the dress code document).
11. Please respect your fellow classmates.
12. Do not talk while others are talking.
13. Please do not eat, drink or chew gum in class.

Dress Code

All students must be in proper Muslim attire. No indecent logos on T-shirts. No hats allowed.

Boys:
Must come in pants, no shorts allowed.

Girls:
Must cover their heads at all times, therefore must wear scarf or hijab.
Must wear long sleeves shirts.

If any of these requirements are not met, then the student will be ask to go home and change.

Note:In order to promote an optimal learning environment, Zainabia kindly requests that you please drop off your child/children inside the Main Hall. Parents and non-faculty members are not allowed to stay at Zainabia during school hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
